
Gil is an organisational change consultant with over 12 years ‘blue chip’ experience in designing and implementing effective solutions.
He has been Training and Development/Organisational Development Manager at PHH Europe and latterly at Orange. Major projects have included leadership and management development, creation and integration of mission, values and critical success factors; implementation of performance management systems, creating learning processes to support business transformation and process reengineering, recognition and reward strategy and practices.
Starting in 2000, Gil became a ‘portfolio person’ with a range of complementary associate and independent consultancy work. He is also a trustee of MensWork, an organisation dedicated to men’s development.
Gil’s focus and interest is enabling individuals, teams and organisations to develop and tap into potentiality.
