Sue has over 20 years’ experience in the training and development field gained in a variety of roles while working with leading global document services provider Xerox and as an independent consultant.

Her experience encompasses designing and delivering training strategies and programmes (including management and graduate development), defining management competencies, psychometric testing and working with senior managers on an individual basis. She devises and facilitates team development workshops aimed at raising awareness of behaviours and building cohesive, productive, ways of working.

Over recent years Sue has extended her work in the area of mentoring: a voluntary mentor herself, she is co-author of Mentoring: a Henley Review of Best Practice. As an integral part of an innovative Leadership Programme she planned and implemented a pan-European mentoring programme, speaking about her experiences at the European Mentoring Conference 2000.

She has experience of working with mentoring and coaching programmes in both the private and public sectors. She helps organisations scope and build their in-company programmes, trains coordinators and participants and facilitates on-going review and development sessions.

She is also currently studying for a Psychology degree with the Open University.
