MDS Online measures mentor and mentee perceptions at three key phases in their mentoring relationship (at the beginning, at mid-term and on completion) by asking a set of questions. In addition, it provides a benchmark against mentoring pairs in other organisations.
In addtion to the core questions, organisations have the opportunity to add additional questions around issues that are specific to their individual programmes.
