Diversity Dialogue

Diversity dialogue occurs when two or more people are able to explore and learn from areas of difference in experience and perspective, through open exchange of conversation.

It is typically characterised by:

  • willingness to question
  • mutual respect
  • the attempt to understand each other’s values
  • a sense of learning together

It is above all an empowering experience for both parties.
