Team coach development
An intensive programme to equip experienced one-to-one coaches with the tools and skills to evolve into effective team coaches. Available as an in-house or public programme, and with or without accreditation.

Top team facilitation
Helping the top team reflect on critical issues of effectiveness – either their own functioning as a team, or in making major strategic decisions.
